+ All practical information concerning the conference can be found in the workshop booklet, which can be downloaded here. You will receive a hard copy of this booklet when registering.

+ Posters: The size of the poster panels is 2m (high) x 1.2m (wide) (portrait orientation). So, an A0 poster should fit well.

+ touristic information about the city of Ghent can be found on the official city website, available in 3 languages. questions of a touristic nature can be directed to the tourist office. you can download the Ghent tourist guide here

+ below are some references to a selection of hotels which are close to the conference center. price category is indicated with stars (from * to ***). consult the hotel's website for accurate rates. Ghent attracts a lot of tourists in september, so don’t hesitate to make your reservation!
